African Leaders Arrive in Russia for Summit
African diplomatic delegations arrived in Saint Petersburg on Wednesday to take part in the second Russia-Africa Summit and economic forum. Earlier, Russia said 49 African delegations will take part but only 17 heads of state are expected. In response, Moscow said the West is trying to sabotage the event by dissuading leaders from coming.
