Zambia's has agreed to restructure $3 billion in international bonds with private commercial bondholders, Western asset managers, and hedge funds this year. The country is negotiating with its other bilateral creditors. VOA's Paul Ndiho spoke to Kenneth Mwenda from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa about the deal.
