War in Ukraine Might Hinder Climate Talks Ahead of COP27
Concerns that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has reversed progress on tackling climate change will be addressed during the COP27 climate talks in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh next week.
