Thousands in Namibia are still waiting to cast their ballots Thursday as Namibian election officials struggled with technological problems, according to AFP. Opposition leaders accuse the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) of deliberately slowing down the process, a claim which the ECN denies.
