The Basketball Africa League (BAL) Season 3 will resume with Nile Conference in Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday, April 26. From April 26 to May 6, hosts Al Ahly (Egypt), Ferroviario da Beira (Mozambique), Cape Town Tigers (South Africa), City Oilers (Uganda), Petro de Luanda (Angola) and Seydou Legacy Athletique Club (Guinea) will be vying for a spot in the tournament’s playoffs. In the BAL’s previous stage, the Sahara conference featured 15 games played over the course of 10 days in Dakar, Senegal, Stade Malien (Mali), AS Douanes (Senegal), Rwanda Energy Group (Rwanda), Abidjan Basket Club (Ivory Coast) and US Monastir (Tunisia) qualified for the playoffs. Only four teams qualified from each conference will head to the BAL playoffs and finals, which will feature a single-elimination tournament at BK Arena in Kigali, Rwanda from May 21-27.
