President Yoweri Museveni Accused of Exposing Legislators to COVID-19
Uganda President Yoweri Museveni has been accused of exposing legislators and others to COVID-19, recently delivering the State of the Nation address in parliament after having allegedly tested positive for the coronavirus. Attorney Mathias Mpuuga, the parliamentary leader of the opposition, criticized Museveni, who has since gone into “forced leave,” delegating responsibilities to Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja.
