DRC Attack Leaves 26 Dead
Local authorities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are blaming the killings Monday night of at least 26 civilians on militants linked to the Islamic State Group. The attack occurred on the outskirts of the town of Oicha. Reporter Sjafar Sabiti tells VOA's Carol Van Dam that Oicha's mayor accuses IS-affiliated Allied Democratic Forces of slaughtering men, women and children.
