Cyclone Freddy Continues Destruction in Southern Africa
After killing hundreds and displacing thousands as it barreled through Mozambique and Malawi, Cyclone Freddy is set to move away from land Wednesday, which should bring some relief to southern African countries that have been ravaged by the storm's torrential rain and powerful winds. Africa 54 guest host Haydé Adams is joined by Marion Pechayre, Doctors Without Borders' head of mission in Malawi, for an update on the ongoing assistance efforts.
