Climate Reparation Fund Remains Top Issue in Final Days of COP27
U.N. climate talks continued Friday with rich and developing nations deadlocked over creating a fund for countries devastated by the impacts of global warming with the EU warning its offer was final. VOA's Heather Murdock joined Africa 54 via Skype from the COP27 Conference for an update on some of the final thoughts from world leaders, ahead of the extended conference deadline.
