Africa diaspora hope to hear US presidential candidates' policy proposals
Several members of Africa’s diaspora based in the United States say they hope presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump will use the second scheduled debate which will be hosted by ABC News on September 10, to speak on how Washington will strengthen its relations with the continent under their leadership.
