Public-private partnership empowers disadvantaged Kenyan girls
A public-private partnership is helping young Kenyan girls from poor families better access sanitary pads to ensure they do not miss school during menstruation by providing them with free sanitary napkins that are dispersed from converted ATMs at school. VOA reporter Victoria Amunga has more.
