Central Africa Ministers Move Against Hate Speech
Communication ministers from the Economic Community of Central African States, ECCAS, are meeting in the capital of the Central African Republic, Bangui, to map out ways to stop the spread of hate speech. They say such language has heightened tensions and sparked deadly fighting across the region. U.N. peacekeeping officials in troubled ECCAS states are taking part in the meeting, as Moki Edwin Kindzeka reports from neighboring Cameroon.
