Many African economies are struggling to finance and adapt green technology needed to offset global emissions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and lack of large-scale investment. This comes on the second day of the Africa Climate Summit, where U.N. General-Secretary Antonio Guterres called on developed nations to take responsibility for their part in the climate crisis.
