Ghanaian Reggae Artist Rocky Dawuni Talks Grammy Awards
The Recording Academy in June announced the addition of a new category to the Grammy Awards: Best African Music Performance. From California, VOA’s Heather Maxwell spoke to three-time Grammy nominee and Ghanaian reggae artist Rocky Dawuni in downtown Los Angeles. The artist spoke about the significance of this new category for Africa, America, and as an African artist.
