A young Cameroonian graduate student at the University of Westminster in London has created a General Certificate of Education (GCE) preparation app. The digital tool provides examination resources to secondary school students getting ready for their GCE examinations across Cameroon.  For more, Africa 54 technology correspondent Paul Ndiho spoke to Felix Fomengia, founder of Cameroon GCE Study App, who is based in Buea, Cameroon.
