On Daybreak Africa: US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen Friday starts her three-country tour in Africa which is set to start in Senegal and later visit Zambia and wraps up in South Africa. A group of ethnic Tutsi’s recently took to Kenya’s capital Nairobi to call on President William Ruto’s administration to repatriate them back to the Democratic Republic of Congo after they fled the Central African nation years ago, however President Felix Tshisekedi’s administration insists that the refugees are from Rwanda and that the DRC does not recognize them as citizens.
