Kenya’s outgoing chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Wafula Chebukati, Tuesday unveiled a post-election evaluation report which concluded with him calling on President William Ruto to launch a public investigation into attempts to undermine the independence of the electoral body during the 2022 elections.
