Host Carol Castiel sits down with Jeffery Rosen, constitutional scholar and author of the new book “Louis D. Brandeis: American Prophet,” to discuss the life and work of the first Jewish Supreme Court Justice. Rosen calls Brandeis “the Jewish Jefferson,” because like Jefferson, Brandeis decried “the curse of bigness” in business and government. Jeffery Rosen is also President and CEO of the National Constitution Center and a professor of law at George Washington University Law School.
