Zambia celebrates 60 years of independence

60 years ago, Zambia gained independence from British rule, setting the stage for founding President Kenneth Kaunda to play a significant role in helping other African nations fight for freedom. To learn more about Zambia's contributions, VOA's Paul Ndiho spoke with Dr. Sombo Muzata, director of the MPA Program and an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at James Madison University.
