UN Welcomes Coordinated Sanctions Against Myanmar's Military

The announcement recently of new coordinated sanctions against Myanmar's military rulers by a handful of Western countries has been welcomed by the U.N. For International Edition, VOA Asia's Ira Mellan spoke to the U.N.'s Tom Andrews about the human rights situation in Myanmar.
