Russian misinformation and disinformation concern African defense chiefs

From the Africa Chiefs of Defense conference in Botswana, the U.S.-Africa Command head said Africa’s military leaders are concerned about the misinformation and disinformation campaign Russia is waging to increase its military presence on the continent. VOA’s Mqondisi Dube reports.
