Parliamentarian rejects sanctions against Uganda's president and other leaders

In a talk with VOA's Peter Clottey, David Kabanda, a parliamentarian from Uganda's ruling National Resistance Movement, rejects calls by the opposition for Western nations to impose sanctions on President Museveni, and other top leaders of the administration
