Conflicts and violence push up number of internally displaced people

The Internal Displacement Monitoring Center reports conflicts and violence have increased the number of internally displaced people to a record-breaking high of 75.9 million people. Nearly half of all IDP’s live in sub-Saharan Africa. VOA’s Lisa Schlein reports from Geneva.
