Zambia's Ruling Party Details Election Platform

Zambia's governing Patriotic Front launched its manifesto ahead of the upcoming August 12 general election. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to party spokesman Sunday Chanda who says the manifesto wants to create jobs for youth, financially empower women and improve infrastructure.
