Zambia's Electoral Commission Bans Political Campaigns

Zambia’s electoral commission has banned all campaigns by the ruling Patriotic Front party and the main opposition United Party for National Development in certain districts due to violent clashes. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to the commission's Patricia Luhanga about the move.
