Young African leaders have taken it upon themselves to equip their peers with self-employment tools to reduce the continents high unemployment rate. Among them is Zambian 2021 Mandela Washington Fellowship alumni Felisters Mudenda Dobba who is using skills learnt in America to uplift Zambian youth.
