The United Nations World Food Program has marked the Africa Day of School Feeding in South Sudan at Maluil Akoong primary school in Aweil. WFP’s head of programs in Aweil, Northern Bahr Al Ghazal State, says the program supports 25 percent of primary schools across five counties, but due to funding limitations, officials will have to reduce the number of schools and children benefiting from the program. Juliana Siapai reports for VOA from Juba.
