South Sudan journalists seek higher pay on World Press Freedom Day

Friday was World Press Freedom Day. The Union of Journalists of South Sudan says media managers throughout the country should pay journalists decent wages. Union head Patrick Oyet tells VOA’s John Tanza that most journalists working in South Sudan are underpaid while others wait for months to receive meager salaries from their employers.
