VOA Unpacks UAE, Sudan RSF Relations
The United Arab Emirates recently set up a field hospital in Chad and is distributing aid to Sudanese refugees who fled conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces, SAF and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, RSF. The assistance by the UAE comes amid reports by the U.S. newspaper, the Wall Street Journal, that the Arab nation is allegedly supplying arms to the RSF. The UAE has denied the allegations.
