Friendship - a concept that often seems natural and effortless to build and maintain, however it doesn’t always happen that way. Based on individual's experiences and expert’s analysis, some friendships are only for a season while others are for a lifetime. Nevertheless, either one of such friendships can be healthy and should be nurtured while others are toxic and should be dissolved earlier rather than later. On this week’s episode we discuss the concept of friendship in different cultural context, we hear expert’s analysis on the types of friends one should have in order for one to be healthy; mentally and emotionally.
