On VOA 60: The Democratic Republic of Congo’s President Felix Tshisekedi addressed Wednesday’s afternoon session of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, UNGA, where he called on U.N. peacekeeping forces to push up their departure date from his nation to December, arguing failure to rein in conflict against rebel forces.
