The U.S. Special envoy for the Horn of Africa, Jeffrey Feltman will step down from his post this month after his visit to Ethiopia for meetings with Ethiopian government officials to discuss peace talks. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s Jackson Mvunganyi spoke to Cameron Hudson of the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center, about Feltman’s work in the Horn of Africa.
