U.S. Withholds Some of Military Aid to Egypt Over Human Rights Concerns

The U.S will withhold $130 million in military aid to Egypt due to its human rights record. But nearly $170 million in will be released to Cairo. For Africa News Tonight, VOA's Mohamed Elshinnawi reported that rights groups condemned the U.S. Administation for not standing for human rights.
