US Supreme Court rules on presidential immunity
Donald Trump is facing charges that he plotted to overturn the 2020 election. Although the U.S. Supreme Court has asserted that former presidents have broad immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts, the immunity does not stretch to personal ones.
