US announces aid funding for Sudanese refugees in Uganda
The United States on Tuesday announced $7.5 million funding to support Sudanese refugees in Uganda. A statement from the US embassy in Kampala says this is part of nearly $424 million in additional humanitarian funding for Sudan and neighboring countries announced at the UN General Assembly (UNGA).
