UN Human Rights Chief visits eastern DRC

During a visit this week to the troubled eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk called on the international community to take seriously the violence in North Kivu, which is causing a humanitarian crisis.
