Uganda Opposition Party Disputes Bi-Election Results [03:21]

Uganda's National Unity Platform (NUP) said its candidate, Harriet Nakwedde, won the recent Kayunga by-election. The NUP says the party rejects declaring Andrew Muwonge the victor. He tells VOA's Peter Clottey that the NUP plans to seek legal redress and challenge the outcome of the by-election.
