U.S. Blinken Does Africa Return Visit
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken Sunday commences a three nation Africa tour starting in South Africa during which he will lay out Washington’s strategy for sub-Saharan Africa which experts say Blinken should let Africans present their own solutions to challenges. VOA’s Cindy Saine has more.
