Troika Welcomes Graduation of SSudan Forces [3:07]

The U.S., UK and Norway, known as the Troika, have welcomed the graduation of South Sudan’s Necessary Unified Forces. The group says South Sudanese should be able to trust that their security forces are well trained and will protect their freedoms, not threaten them. Deng Ghai Deng reports.
