Troika Rejects Extension of SSudan Transitional Period [4:07]

The Troika countries say South Sudan’s leaders were wrong to extend their tenure in power. Deng Ghai Deng reports the Troika said on Thursday the government should have postponed ratification of the extension until it demonstrated that the new commitment will be different from the last four years.
