Zimbabwean-born Tariro Kandemiiri, 26, developed a love for the team sport Lacrosse in high school, which led to a reporting contract with ESPN, and deal with Nike as a brand ambassador. She credits passion and authenticity for her success, and urges all young women to do the same. Kandemiiri is also an entrepreneur with her own beauty line, which she development with her background in computer science and business.
