Tanzania Opposition Refuses Police Meeting

Tanzania's Act-Wazalendo party is the latest in the opposition to say it will not participate in an October meeting with the police. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Ado Shaibu, secretary general of the opposition ACT-Wazalendo party, about the decision for not attending the meeting.
