SSudan to Embark on Project to Relocate Capital City [3:42]

The government of South Sudan says it is embarking on efforts to relocate the capital city to Ramciel. Taban Deng Gai, South Sudan’s vice president in charge of the infrastructure cluster, says the project could be completed in two years. But as Deng Ghai Deng reports for VOA, an economic analyst says the Ramciel project shouldn’t be the priority and that the country needs peace and economic stability first.
