Sudan Generals' 'Commitment' to Reform Questionable: Analyst [4:19]
Sudan’s security sector reform conference, which kicked off Sunday, followed weeks of tensions between Sudan’s army Chief General Abdul-Fattah al-Burhan and the leader of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as Hemedti. Local media reported mobilization and recruitment of army (SAF) and RSF forces which observers feared would lead to a showdown between Sudan’s two strongmen.
