ICC Must Probe Alleged War Crimes in SSudan: Rights Group [5:12]
The rights group Global Rights Compliance (GRC) has filed a case with the International Criminal Court (ICC) requesting an investigation into alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in South Sudan during the country's five-year civil war. Kenneth Scott, an international human rights lawyer and former war crimes prosecutor, tells VOA's John Tanza there is massive evidence of war crimes in South Sudan's conflict.
