Rights group Global Rights Compliance (GRC) — which has filed a case with the International Criminal Court against seven current and former South Sudanese officials accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity — says there is an urgent need to achieve justice for victims of South Sudan’s 5-year civil war.
