The South Sudan Civil Society Alliance has called on government to improve the welfare of the security sector personnel across the country as one way of addressing the current wave of recurring violence in parts of the country. The chairperson of the alliance says security personnel are weak and unable to perform to expectation because their welfare is neglected.
