SSudan Rebels Welcome Resumption of Peace Talks

South Sudan holdout groups are welcoming the South Sudan government’s decision to lift restrictions on the Rome peace talks ahead of Pope Francis’ visit to Juba this week. South Sudan’s presidential affairs minister announced last weekend the resumption of political dialogue with opposition groups.
