Sentry Report Accuses NSS of State Capture, Repression [4:56]

A new investigative report by the Sentry says South Sudan’s National Security Service (NSS) has established control over the country through extensive business operations and the use of surveillance, repression and extreme brutality. Sentry researcher Laleh Ahmad tells VOA's Nabeel Biajo the international community and financial institutions must identify accounts held by NSS personnel and target them with sanctions.
