South Sudan Lawmaker Demands Release of Abducted Mayor [4:09]

The speaker of South Sudan's Central Equatoria State's legislative assembly, Peter Wani Elia, is demanding the immediate and unconditional release of former Juba Mayor Kalisto Ladu Nyingilio, who was abducted on Saturday night. Elia tells VOA’s John Tanza that holding Ladu violates South Sudan's constitution.
